Prices are per room, per night, including breakfast.
A third or fourth bed can be added to accomodate more people at the following prices:
Free for children up to 3 yrs
50% off for children up to 11 yrs
10% off for adults
Single room use is provided on request at an additional charge.
Low season: january/march, october/november
Mid season: April/June and September
High season: july/august, december and bank holidays
A 30% deposit is required on booking.
Long stays can be offered at reduced rates.
Check-in time: 14:00
Check-out time: 10:00
Smoking and pets are not allowed within the b&b.
Prices include:
Nightstay and breakfast
Linen and towel change twice a week
Internal and free parking for cars and motorcycles
Air conditioning in the rooms
Extras:
Lunch and dinner
City Tax per day per person to be payed on site: € 2,50 may/oct, € 1,50 nov/apr. Max 5 overnights. Children under 12 free of charge.

Cancellation policy:
Reservations may be cancelled 72 hours prior to arrival date for no charge. Please note that cancelling after this deadline or failing to show will result in a charge of 1 night per room.
During high season, reservations may be cancelled 7 days prior to arrival date for no charge. Please note that cancelling after this deadline or failing to show will result in a charge of 50 % of the total stay.
